Indian Statistical Institute admissions for 2024 are now open for various courses in science and technology. The courses are offered at UG and PG levels. Some of the popular courses include BSc, MTech, MS, PGD, etc. For MTech admissions, GATE scores are accepted. The registration process for GATE 2025 will begin on August 24, 2024, and the exam will be conducted on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025. To meet the eligibility criteria, for UG courses candidates must be class 12 pass and for PG courses a bachelor’s degree is required. Indian Statistical Institute fees range from Rs 20,000 to Rs 17,00,000 per annum.

Dear Student, 

ISI Kolkata offers a two-year Master of Mathematics. The institute does not charge anything for this programme. So, students do not need to pay anything as tuition fees. When it comes to hostel fees, students need to pay only a refundable caution deposit of Rs 5,000. They also need to pay a recurring mess charge. The mess charges at ISI Kolkata change from academic year to academic year.

The Master of Statistics (M.Stat.) programme offered at the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata is one of the best statistics programmes that can be pursued in India and also highly-sought after.

The fee structure for M.Stat at ISI Kolkata are as given below:

Application Fee: Rs. 1,250 (for General category); Rs. 625 (for reserved category)

Course Fee: There is no course fee for pursuing an M.Stat course from ISI Kolkata

Stipend: Students get a stipend of Rs. 5,000 per month

Hostel Charges: A nominal room rent of Rs. 300 per month has to be paid in addition to refundable one-time hostel and mess charges.
